Vacuum Cleaners
My wife was totally belittled by the owner of the place when she went in to get a new belt. First he said that the wrong belt was on there, but they were the last ones to work on it. Then he said that it was basically a piece of S____, and yet we love it and find that it works great throughout the 13 years we've had it. Then when my wife talked about having sensitivities to carpet deodorizers he said that she needs to "live in a bubble".
I'd never go in there again! Keep in mind this is LONGMONT VACUUM, not Main St Vacuum.
