Auto Service
We have it serviced, every time we need oil, there. We usually make an appointment. It takes about an hour. When they give our car back, they explain everything that they do.

Not a great experience...To begin we made an appointment to have our truck serviced for Monday morning. At their request, we dropped the truck off on Saturday afternoon so they can work on it Monday morning. When I dropped off the truck, I told the service technician that the rear brakes need replaced because they're squealing. I also asked if they could check the front brakes and PS hose. The last time I had the truck in, King Chevy's report mentioned that the PS hose was starting to leak and the front brakes were in the and quot;yellowand quot;.Now it's Monday.....I call King Chevy at 1:20 because I haven't heard anything about my truck. I was told that I would get a call back from the person who was handling my truck. I don't remember his name. At 5:15, I get a call from an employee who says that my truck is ready to be picked-up. I say, and quot;What did you do to my truck?and quot; King Chevy changed the oil and wrote up a report saying that I needed to replace my rear brakes, keep an eye on my leaky PS hose, and that my front brakes are in the and quot;yellowand quot;. Then I request to speak to the service manager.I'm put on hold until the gentleman picks-up who is handling my account. I explain my frustration that I needed the brakes changed, as agreed on Saturday. My truck spent the entire day at King Chevy for an oil change. The service technician is very polite and apologetic. He quotes me a price for the brake replace with an 11% discount for my inconvenience. I decline and request to meet with the service manager in the morning.The next morning...I meet with the service manager who was very agreeable with my concerns. My concerns included:-I had an appointment so my truck should have been one of the first on the lift, yet an oil change took them 8 + hours.-I was never called and given the option to repair anything wrong with the truck.-I was never called back when I called about the status of my truck.-I was concerned that they and quot;copiedand quot; last year's truck report with the same recommendations for repair. If my rear brake pads are grinding the rotors, should they be sending my truck out on the road without asking me if I want to fix it?In conclusion, King Chevy was apologetic and easily admitted that they messed-up. At their request, they paid for my $80 oil change with hopes of keeping my business.
