Ken Lacewell Wiring - Custom Communications Wiring

For 3 TV's and 1 FM receiver went down to one antenna. Ken fixed "my fix". I scanned 84 channels for my bedroom TV.. The weakest channel 13.3 (Z-Living) came in all day on my basement TV. I live in west side of Aurora.

Ken was knowledgeable and courteous. His work was outstanding and he was able to run new ether net cables from a first floor office to a basemen office with only 1 small hole in the ceiling.

Ken is very meticulous and very neat in his work. He really tried to do the best job. The antenna is in our attic and I am really pleased with the reception and the fact we don't have an ugly antenna on top of our roof. Primarily because Ken is so meticulous, he took longer to complete the job than we expected. There were some things out of his control (brick walls in our house and his own personal surgery) but all in all I am glad we hired him to do the job.

His ladder wasn't long enough to reach the roof to make the repair to the cable, so it took him much much longer to come up with fix but still only charged me for the base minimum he quoted.

We finally connected with Ken after some "fits-and-starts". The main contributor is the disparity (as with many 'out there') in communication methods--since we don't have smart phones (yet) we asked ALL the contractors to respond via email AND phone so as to keep communication as seamless as possible. Ken was responsive and actually DID that, even though it was probably more effort for HIM! We really appreciated that he actually listened and was quite professional and courteous and willing to 'bend' HIS schedule to accomodate OURS ! ! ! Finally, he didn't just "install, take the check and run", but HE insisted he stay and make sure all the (very hard to get at) outlets were working as they should ! ! !

Ken did an awesome job. He repositioned an existing antenna, organized the internal wiring and connected four outlets. He put more time than he had quoted and still charged the agreed amount. I'll definitely recommend him with my neighbors.

He ran a little late but called to let me know. He explained some options and then completed the one I chose promptly and even fixed a couple more items free. Very personable and considerate. His charge was as he quoted.

Ken is very dependable and puts time and quality effort into his work. We had various projects come up while he was completing the initial task and he took on the additional work with the same tenacity as the first. We would highly recommend him and look forward to working with him again.

Ken, who installed the HDTV antenna in my attic and removed the cable off the outside my 1988 home. He also recommended a better antenna than I had in mind. I am very happy with the work and now I can receive 75 stations from all 7 of my TV at home. Very positive experience. Highly recommended!
