Kazco is the most honest and skilled contractors we've ever worked with. We brought Kazco in after a nightmare experience with another company that had just completed an expensive brand-new bathroom for us -- they installed the shower pan incorrectly, leading to a leak. We were upset, confused, and unsure what to do next. Peter and Valdy gave us a very reasonable quote to fix the issue, which involved tearing out the entire shower area and removing the glass panel. They handled it flawlessly, the rebuild was done with the Schluter system, and their attention to detail was outstanding. They also took great care to protect the rest of the bathroom, keeping everything clean and undamaged. You literally cannot tell it was ever ripped out and redone! We then hired them for a second bathroom remodel, and that turned out excellent as well. They expanded the space by expanding to an adjoining closet and offered thoughtful recommendations on layout and potential challenges. The result was better than we ever imagined. What makes Kazco special isn’t just their exceptional workmanship -- it’s the peace of mind they bring. We love our new bathroom remodel. We hired Kazco Construction based on great feedback from a friend. From the time they came to provide an estimate until project completion, they did not disappoint. They clearly articulated timeline expectations, and showed up at our home when they said they would. They encouraged us to review their progress each and every day and answered all of our questions. Over the years we have remodeled three previous homes, and built a custom home, so we were familiar dealing with contractors. Our experience with Kazco Construction was by far the best! Peter and his team were great to work with and we are very happy with the end result. We had a question about something on the flooring, Peter came back took a look and it was no problem to make the minor repair. They responded quickly and took care of it equally quickly.

Kazco Construction did an amazing job on our renovation. From the original process of estimating the project, Peter and his Father worked together refining the details. Their estimate was clearly defined and outlined. The project came out beautifully and you could see the pride in their work at each and every stage of the process. As the project went on, I made a couple of alterations/additions (installing new doors thru the entire house, and additional plumbing in the kitchen) they happily took it in stride and added it to the project without gouging us. Afterwards, I asked for a few items to be adjusted, and they showed up the next day to complete the list. I cannot recommend Kazco Construction highly enough. In fact over a year later we discovered a small leak in the guest shower head. I called Peter and he showed up the next day to review. The issue was corrected a day later. Now that’s the type of service we appreciate and value. If you are looking for an outstanding contractor who is honest, and on time, look no further than Kazco Construction.

We could not have been happier with Kazco's full master suite remodel! They were professional, timely, knowledgeable, and courteous! We honestly enjoyed having them in the house everyday, and they did a fantastic job keeping the work site and the rest of our house clean. While other contractors were skeptical of our design, Valdy and Peter worked with us to make our complex bathroom a reality. Their work showed great attention to detail and technical expertise. Valdy and Peter were absolutely fantastic to work with and we couldn't recommend them enough. They were thorough, thoughtful, and were real partners to us on our complete kitchen renovation. They consistently went above and beyond especially as we worked through issues that were the fault of other parties (e.g. the cabinet designer) and always had a "make it work" attitude as they seemed to want us to have an amazing final product as much as we did. We also had the work done during Covid and Valdy and Peter were so respectful of our home and safety, especially as we had a toddler running around! Seriously, just hire these guys, they're both amazing professionals and just great people, we know we'll call them again for several more projects to come!

Very quick to respond all the time. Estimate held throughout job, change orders were minimal. When there was a faucet product defect (not their fault) that was hard to troubleshoot they stayed an extra 2 days without charging to completely replace faucet and cleanup leakage. I will definitely use them again for the next project.

Valdy, his son Peter and and second man named Peter remodeled our bathroom last month and they are EXCELLENT, all around. Their work quality is A+. All three are courteous and professional. Valdy went above and beyond when the bathtub that we ordered arrived broken. He also offered very helpful advice freely and guided us through the remodel process. He is adept at troubleshooting, critical thinking and problem solving and his years of experience are apparent. This guy is an expert. When the texture on the bathroom walls wasn t correct, my wife called Peter(son) at 8pm on a week night. He answered, heard her out, was reassuring and professional and the next day they undid and redid a days worth of work free of charge. The estimate they provided us when quoting out the job was the exact price they charged us at the end of the job. Best contractors for the job. Period.

This is the second house they have remodeled; extremely professional and personable. They are on time, easy to work with and the quality of workmanship is amazing. They have so far build two rooms and remodeled 5 bathrooms; everyone comments how amazing they look. A def must hire!

I've been very impressed w/ them so far. Both their bid and their customer service to date have been outstanding. They've scheduled our job for mid-September. OK w/ that. The real proof w/b in the quality of their work! I'll post again then.
