Excellent! We could not be happier with the process and the finished product. Jand M's representatives both on site and in their office were very professional, competent, polite and made some very helpful suggestions during the process that made the kitchen project look better than we imagined. They asked for our preferences and input all the way through the project. There were two minor issues with the countertop, but Jand M handled things so that the issues were corrected very promptly. With regard to price, they were clear as to what was included and what was not...there were no surprise extra costs...the full price of the project was exactly as they quoted at the start. We did some comparison shopping and felt their price was reasonable. They oversaw and dealt with all the details so that we had a fully-functioning and beautiful kitchen when they left. Not surprisingly, they are very busy right now, but well worth the wait.
