I cannot say enough about the professionalism and quality of work that was done. The house had sat vacant for some time and needed to be completely renovated inside. Because I had used this company before, I left the color scheme to Brady. Wow, the colors are great and coordinated throughout the house. New flooring throughout, new bathroom fixtures - raised a cabinet in the kitchen and had all the windows repaired. There were major water leaks outside that had to be fix as well and electrical work. Brady kept in close contact with me regarding the progress and how he planned to handle the unexpected problems. He responded to all my questions and made sure I gave approval for those unexpected things that needed to be added to the job.I also hired his company to paint the exterior of another property for me. Excellent work. They used very high quality paint and finished in record time. I will always call on Integrity Building and Remodeling. They do fantastic, quality work.

WOW, what a professional job!  I received an estimate one week after Brady Grove came to speak to me about the work I wanted done.  Once I decided on using his company we discussed when he could begin.  I received the contract several days prior to the work beginning.  It was very clear and straight forward, so no questions.  The work began on time and they have stuck to the daily schedule agreed upon.  The work is taking a couple of days longer than expected, but all the issues have been discussed and I am happy with the progress.  They are very careful about protecting my floors and clean up their work area. They are doing a fantastic job and the workmanship is excellent. 

They did an excellent job including removing the gutter downspouts to prep and paint underneath them which was a bonus to me (and clearly wasn't done the last time the house was painted). House was prepped and painted in 4 days. House was in serious need of painting - trim paint was peeling in spots. They took care of all of it and the house looks great.

Work was completed in 3 days. They did a great job of doing all those little projects with minimal interruption and no mess. Very nice and professional group. They take pride in their work and it shows. Brady was excellent about communicating obstacles encountered (i.e. ceiling joist directly above where the vent was to be run) and provided options for workarounds before proceeding. He also came back out and unblocked the vent after I had the roof replaced and the roofers re-installed the vent hood incorrectly. He also discovered that I had a 2nd vent in the crawlspace and that the primary vent was simply closed. He could have just installed another vent but, being the guy he is, he did not do something he decided wasn't necessary and left it up to me if I wanted the other vent anyways. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them.
