Kandis is lovely. She's highly communicative and reliable. Never once was there any confusion about the schedule. She was fantastic and detailed in her cleaning. Similarly, she was super reliable and wonderful in taking care of our pets when we traveled. Communicated regularly with email updates which is always of great peace of mind when traveling. I would highly recommend Kandis!

Kandis unpacked all of my boxes after moving in. She put everything away and cleaned. She helped me pick out closet storage and set it up. She put my basement things in containers on shelves. I told her how I wanted things and she did it. Kandis told me which cleaning products to buy and taught me many cleaning and storage techniques. She explained how much time clutter wastes and helped me become more efficient. Kandis now does monthly house cleaning for me. She loves her work and is always cheerful on the job. She's punctual and detail oriented. Her price is very reasonable for how hard she works. She works fast and has never broken or scratched anything.

Kandis did an excellent job working with us. Organization has always been a struggle for me, but Kandis worked quickly and with compassion. She also walked me through the reasons she chose to put something in one place rather than another. She a helped us to unpack when we moved houses this summer. I'm happy to say that the tools she gave us have helped us keep the house neat and organized. She likes to tell me that I'm a poster child for organizational success.

We hired Kandis to do a large decluttering job for us almost exactly a year ago. We liked her so much that she now cleans for us.

I have now worked alongside Kandis four 8-hour days with a 15 minute lunch break to de-clutter and organize my home.  Not only is Kandis a pleasure to work with and talk to, she physically works very hard and teaches you how much stuff you don't need.  I don't miss one thing!! She helped my daughter donate some 150 stuffed animals to the Longmont Human Society, and we can actually see her floor!  I have consigned or donated 3/4 of my closet, and will continue to work with Kandis until I know where everything is.  I couldn't have done it without her.  Now, I fiercely protect and enjoy my de-cluttered spaces, and have no desire to buy things I don't really need.

She does a thorough job. She is relatively quick about it. She is very nice and is trustworthy. I will continue to use her in the future.
