There were delays in getting the work done but the work worked out fine. It took them three weeks or a month to finally get to the work. The workers were fine and the sales man inside home depot is fine. My frustration is with the delays of scheduling the work; the workers arrived on time.

I selected the folks from Home Depot because they were right at the street for me. They structured everything exactly the way I was hoping it would come down. They went themselves completely to the procedure that we had planned. Their quote was about $4000 less than the quote that I got from another carpeting company. Their price was attractive and the quality was marginally different from what the much more expensive company was.

Terrible. Not knowledgeable and mislead us about fees and expenses. Manager was unresponsive to complaints.
