This was an absolutely wonderful experience, from start to finish. I had called close to a dozen painting companies, big and small. Some responded back to me, some never did. Many were booked out for months. However, I called Michael and he called me back the same day. I was hoping to have the work completed ASAP so he was able to make it out to the property the very next day to build an estimate. He had to coordinate with my tenants, which he did with no issues. He then sent me the estimate immediately upon finishing at the property.
His price was right on par with many of the other companies (and less than some), but his responsiveness and professionalism made him an easy choice. He was also able to complete the work within 2 weeks of the estimate (in 3 days -- the same amount of time other companies had quoted me).
My tenants said he was very easy to work with in person, and I found him very stress-free and a pleasure to work with from afar (I live 2 hours from the property he was to paint and I am 9+ months pregnant, so I could not come up to meet him in person).
The work was completed perfectly, cleanly, and in the time he estimated, and for exactly the price he estimated. Wonderful experience and I'm SO glad that I have now found my "go-to" painting company for my rental property!
