The service went fine. I was happy with the result and the price was right. They did a good job. They charged me less than they said they were going to. It was $76 and they were supposed to be close to $100. I don’t know why they charged less. I got the quote over the phone and they told me what they were going to charge, maybe it was close to $90. I don’t know. When I went in they said $76, I think that was with tax or something. I was pleased and the job they did was fine. I was having a problem getting a good alignment. There is a new auto store out here in Frederick. I went there because it was much closer to where I live, but they couldn’t do it. I mean they tried 2 or 3 times and said something was wrong with my truck. I said, “no, the front end was rebuilt”. They said, “yea we know, it looks like it’s in great shape, but we can’t figure out what’s going on and blah, blah, blah. So, I just took it to Hayes Automotive and they just alignment it and it was fine. I have no complaints about what they did, how they did it and how quickly they did it, so it was all good. It was a good experience. Would I use them again – that’s a maybe, because 2 ½ years ago a friend of mine went there to get something done on her vehicle and I felt like she was overcharged a bit. So, they were lucky I went with them. It was just I said, “I will try these guys” and they did a good job this time and the price was right. On my experience it was an “A”. I might suggest them to someone else, I’m kind of neutral on it. I might suggest they call them, but I would tell them to make sure they got the price up front and were pretty careful about monitoring that. I kind of know how they do things and I kind of have a feel of what they charge per hour, so I’m going to figure out how many hours they’re going to work on it. If their price is too high then it’s like, “no”. If they’re comparable to what other people change than I might go with them. I think they’re professional people.

Every time I have taken the car in they have repaired it correctly. This is just wonderful, they are great.

We decided to take our 9 year old truck to Hayes after having a negative experience at another repair shop. Our truck only has 41,000 miles on it, so it's not driven much. We knew it needed some TLC because we don't service the truck often, except for its annual oil change.Chris, diesel mechanic, at Hayes was great. He wanted to know for how do we use the truck (hauling horses). Later he called me with his estimate and recommendations for our truck the same morning we dropped it off. He also called later in the day asking for permission to keep the truck one more day. I really appreciated the collaboration, as I knew Chris had our best interest in mind.Overall, everything went smoothy. I could definitely feel the new brakes. I know that $1500.00 was a lot to spend on repairs in one shot, but this truck needed all of these services. I feel good about the price too, as I know brake jobs alone will add up quickly in cost.

My experience has gone very well. We have just started using this company and are very impressed. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. The pricing is reasonable and I would highly recommend this company to others.

They are excellent. They are very honest. I have taken cars in during test drives to see whether or not they are good. They are very helpful and will take you home if you are without a car. I will continue to use their services.

Overall, this is a superior auto repair service provider. I always choose their master mechanic to work on any of my vehicles. I have all older cars and these people know what they are doing. Very refreshing in a sea of incompetence.

Everything went great from the time I dropped my car off at the shop until I picked it up. They kept me informed of the progress and contacted me to review all needed services before preforming any of them as well as gave me information on what items were the most important so I could make a good decision. I did however select all services as for me it made the most sense.
