Gus is friendly, caring. he was very thorough and was reassuring. He composed an accurate letter outlining what he assessed and the repairs that needed to occur. This was later shared with my insurance company and was integral in having them accept my claim. i would use this firm in a heartbeat!

It went really well he went in detail of the steps that needed to be done in order to structuraly secure the house.

Was knowledgeable about what was required and tried to keep civil engineer on task/project. Would definitely hire him again and plan to do so in the near future for other work. When civil engineer has finished will hire for final design.

I called G. A. Escobar Associates on a Thursday and the lady that answered the phone told me that Gus would call me back the following day. I called back a week later since I didn't receive his call. Gus came out to my house a couple hours after I called him and he apologized for not calling me back (he never got my message). He sent me a report and a bill the following week.
