Poor communication regarding bid, process, payments, how to apply for financing, lack of communication regarding project. Had to initiate the scheduling of the project after waiting 3-5 days as instructed by sales rep.

Freshcoat painted the exterior of my house, and I was pretty disappointed in the overall product. I was impressed by the quoting process and felt like Kevin did a professional job. However, I felt like the prep work was below standard, and the painting itself was rushed and sloppy. I had window screens ruined by paint, paint was dripped or sprayed all over my yard, window frames and windows needed cleaning due to over-sprayed paint. My garage door needed to be fixed three times due to over-spraying. I paid to have Fresh coat re-stain my front door, and the painter ripped out the weather stripping, and left it on the ground nearby. The weather stripping had to be replaced, and I was so disappointed by the quality of the staining, I stripped the door and re-did it myself. It was impossible to know when the crew would show up to paint. Many of my efforts to call and text to get updates on when the crew would be here to work were left ignored and unanswered. I never once saw or directly spoke to the project manager until after the painting was finished. I walked him around my house and pointed out all of my concerns, and he had the crew come back and deal with them-which they mostly did. Old wood that was being replaced was left all around the house and I had to pick it up, or I had the project manager pick it up and carry it away. The project manager was apologetic and called to see if issues were addressed to my liking, but I was so sick of the entire process, that I just told them I did not want them to come back. Also, as a dog owner, I keep my gates closed and fastened. Out of courtesy, it would have been nice if the crew could have closed the gates at the end of their day. Even the payment process was a mess. Apparently, the invoicing system they use **was not working**, and I had not gotten an invoice from them for final payment. I finally got a call about a week after the project was done asking for payment. I was extremely disappointed in this company. After the initial bid and quote process, everything went downhill, and I regretted giving my project to this company. Undoubtedly, there are better painting contractors to use in this area.

They subcontract the work. Our crew wasn't detail oriented. For example: they didn't re.ove the switch plates before painting.

We love our newly painted house! Ivan was our painter and was amazing and very hard working. Kevin came out for our house estimate and went above and beyond to help us work with our insurance company.

Fresh coat Painters of Longmont just completed painting the exterior of my house. From the very first to the end of the project, they have been great to work with. Kevin did the estimate, Jason was project manager, Alana did scheduling and clerical work, Reina made sure everything was going well, and the crewâ ¦from Jose to Hoswayâ ¦was terrific. There has never been a better group to work with. When something wasnâ t quite right, they fixed it. And fixed it well, with no questions, no hassle. I highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Overall a good experience. Initially there were some mistakes, but they had great customer service and promptly returned to fix the issues.

The painters did a great job painting the interior. Nothing was damaged in the process. They moved all furniture. Customer Service Manager inspected the project after it was completed to assure that everything was done in a satisfactory manner.

Alana was so flexible with the start day. The 3 painters were excellent. My home looks great now.

They did a fabulous job! We had Carlos's team, and they managed to get everything done within two days (the weather behaved). Our house is not only large and a pain in the neck to paint, but we had some major wood rot on some of the slats on two sides of the house, as well as several windows that needed their trim replaced. They repaired everything, got it all sealed, painted, and done in record time, left no mess, and were super nice. I am sad that 5 stars is the max I can give. They deserve at least twice that.

Alana, the office manager is absolutely awful. They told me I was stuck with a specific day or put off till later. That is why I feel the job was so bad. They were extremely rushed.

Freshcoat Painting came to paint the exterior of my house and porch area, which was damaged from hail storm. They did complete power wash including the brick work, caulking, patching, scraping, and masking as well as the two color paint. The house looks better than when we bought it several years ago! We are very pleased with the quality work and customer support and service.

My home is 50 years old and the paint was 20 years old. They did an excellent job on all aspects of cleaning, complete power wash including the brick work, caulking, patching, scraping, and masking as well as the two color paint. Managers and painters were all pleasant, forthcoming and professional. I recommend them highly.

This house had a lot of challenges with some rotted siding and gaps. I wanted to stay on budget versus replacing siding and they were able to make it look better than I expected. They missed one area that needed to be white and sent a crew out the next day to take care of it.

These folks did a great job of doing some interior painting in our home. Excellent job and great people to work with.

We hired Fresh Coat Painting to paint our exterior house soffits and trim. This required extensive prep work and sanding. From start to finish, Fresh Coat was completely professional, from the initial proposal by Kevin to the final walk through. We were amazed that the job was done in just one day. Tony and his wife were very prompt and very friendly. They asked all the right questions about exactly what we needed, and they delivered. The work looks wonderful. We would certainly recommend Fresh Coat to anyone with painting needs. And we would certainly use them again.

Overall they did a good job. There were a few areas of touch-up that were a bit puzzling. Paint from one room somehow ending up in another room, but they were able to take care of those ok. The customer service was very good.

Picked up every evening. Never left a mess for me to clean. Other than a lunch break, they worked all day. Very quiet also. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat.5
