The tech knew what he was doing.
Took off the agitator and replaced clutches.
Checked the overall operation of the washing machine. Recommended replacing coupler and water pump. Had coupler but not correct pump on his truck so I decided to do so at another date and time.
All in all, it went well.

He was available and very upfront about the price of the estimate and the price of the work.  He has fixed a washer and a couple refrigerators for me previously.  He will tell you when an appliance is not worth being repaired.

They were great. They were very responsive and professional. I would definitely use them again.

I called serveral companies to come fix my front load washer rubber seal that was leaking.  Ford Appliance was most expensive and not very friendly.  I needed my washer fixed ASAP so I used Ford.  He came to my house in a timely manner, was able to fix the leak within a few hours. 

There were ssome confusion about the date and time of the appointment. They did come out to our house on a Saturday, but were a little late. He did try severa; different things to determine the problem, but were unable to do so.

When I called him, he was here within a few hours!  He had the part he needed in the truck, and was able to fix the refrigerator very quickly.  He was able to quickly and effectively assess what the problem was, and kept me updated about what he was finding. He also, while he was here, cleaned out a bunch of vents and stuff and said that would help the refrigerator function much better (he's right - it is functioning better), and volunteered some advice on keeping it working longer.  He was friendly and he was right on time for when he said he'd be here.

I was very impressed with the friendliness of the rep, his professionalism, and the level of customer service. While I elected not to employ their services for this repair, they will definitely be the first company I call in the future.

We called to ask for a repair and were given a 2-hour window on the same day. The repairman called before arriving early in the time frame. He diagnosed the problem and explained the cost for replacement parts and labor charges. We agreed to the repair and even ordered an additional part (water filter). He returned at a time convenient to our schedule and completed the work promptly and efficiently. He made sure that he cleaned the area after working.
