Good experience, Mike showed up the afternoon before, to prep the job, then arranged to arrive at 6:30 AM to start laying carpet, so he could be sure to finish. He was done by 2:00 PM, seamless installation, no problems. His price was about $200 above a local outlet store, but I found that they proposed using a cheaper carpet. His installation price was less expensive, and he had me pay his supplier directly for the carpet, so I know he didn't mark it up. He was a little slow in getting me his insurance certificate, it didn't arrive until after the carpet was installed.
