Good work and prompt. Did a good job staining a pergola, window trim and eves. Alfredo was very responsive to change orders/requests and charged a fair price for additional work. If you know what you want, Flores is the right painter for you. If you are not sure or want a consult, you might be better off going with a larger, full service painting company. I would rehire him for my next job.

I had 3 quotes including Flores Painting, Alfredo came in quite a bit lower, I was skeptical but saw that he had good reviews so I went with him. Alfredo came on the day he said and since I couldn't be here, he was very good at communicated everything to me. He painted the whole exterior of my house in 3 days and even did a repair on some dry rot that the other companies were going to charge me around $150 for free. It's been 4 months and everything still looks great. I would definitely hire Alfredo to do any paint job that I needed again.

Painted our house exterior and stained our fence. Like new. Excellent work, very fast response and as promised. 100% satisfied.

Alfredo was very prompt in responding to our needs and also very knowledgeable. He repaired our window cranks, installed quarter round in our kitchen and painted it, repaired two doors so that they open and close better, and varnished all our wood doors. He was very friendly at all times and a pleasure to have around.

Make sure you ask for the quote prior to you telling them what you will pay. Not sure if i paid a little too much???

I have one word for Flores Painting and Alfredo Flores - Dishonest. He doubled his price over his bid. On at least two occasions, said he would be there to paint and didn't show. Said he would be back to finish the trim and touch up - never showed. Completely unreliable, and the painting he did was just okay with touch-up left undone, and wall/trim borders not finished.

They got the job done on time with no problems.

Very friendly and had flexiblity to meet homeowner's changing schedule. Put on two coats rather than the agreed-upon single coat without charging extra.
