The entire experience was exceptional.  They spent the time to go over all of the specifics on the cost, the quality of the paint and brand, their warranty, and the time frame to complete the work.  They showed up on time and completed the work in the specified time.  The quality of the work was excellent.

It went well.  The crew were careful overall.  The major concern was where the water used to rinse out equipment was dumped.  I would say get this straight right up front so this water doesn't go where you don't want it.  William addressed my concern and in a timely manner.  One thing that worked well for me was to walk around at the end of each work day and note any questions or concern via email.  When William came to the house the next day he would go over anything of concern.  One of the smoothest paint jobs we've had done.
