Earth Green Landscape and Fencing

llThe first stage in 2008 went fairly well.  The company was generally on time with the plan presented to us.  When the 2nd stage was to be done in 2009, it was as if a different company was doing the work, although it was exactly the same company.  They would schedule a time and then not appear and have to be called by us to reschedule.  This was the story the entire 2nd step. 
In addition to the sloppiness of their scheduling in 2010, our landscaping has not stood up for even 3 years.  1--the sprinkler system has been almost entirely replaced2--2 large trees did not live more than 2 years3--most of the perennial beds have been replaced as the plantings were not suitable for the climate and/or placement4--many shrubs did not survive more than 2 years and had to be replaced5--Shrubs that did not survive the first year and therefore were under warranty were only replaced after we contacted the Better Business Bureau.  We contacted the BBB after many calls to Earth Green to solve the problem.6--The stamped concrete sealer became clouded and unsightly within a few months of application.
