DON'S CUSTOM COUNTERTOPS

Don and his crew (salesmen and installers) were exceptional. I needed a project done quickly because another business in town had let me down, and I was beyond grateful for their attention to detail, friendliness, and their quick response time to all of my inquiries. I highly, highly recommend them, and will definitely be spreading the word that this is the business to work with. I couldn't possibly be more happy with my experience with them.

Overall - Absolutely impressed with the incredible work that Don's Custom Countertops did for my girlfriend and I with our kitchen countertop/bar. Backstory - a faulty candle exploded (yes, exploded) on our laminate countertop. The wax burned a large portion of it through the laminate and into the wood. The company offered to reimburse us for the trouble, but we were in charge of finding who was going to do the repair work. The Solution - Enter in Don and Dennis from Don's Custom Countertops. We found their information from a paper ad and were met with immediate responses, inquiries, and meetings to discuss the repair. Dennis and Don were super kind, responsive, on time, positive, and did incredible work. Though they were not the only one we worked with. When you work with this company, everyone works as a team to make sure you have an incredible experience. Credit also definitely needs to be given to the front desk associate who was always incredibly kind and helped navigate all of our interactions, meetings with repairmen, invoices, documentation for the refund from the company, everything! Their overall team is who you want to do your home improvement! The Outcome - they were able to match the laminate (which I thought was near impossible - Don sat here for about two hours trying to find the perfect match for us), repair the countertop, and even extend it so that it is now a full bar for my girlfriend and I to use. We eat dinner there almost every night and are so impressed with the work they did. We are extremely happy! The Extra Mile - Because of how the last countertop was installed, there was some damage to the drywall from the repair. Dennis and Don did not stop at just the countertop. They wanted to make sure that everything was perfect before they took us off their board. They contracted a drywall repairman for us to come out and fix it almost immediately. It was super impressive to see a company go the extra mile to do that and is the extra tick I needed to definitely become a spokesperson for them. If you are in need of home improvement, repairs, or need a team to consult - this is the crew that you want to go with! Will definitely use again in the future. Thank you so much!

They did such a great job. They were on time and so courteous. They are a very good company and we will definitely be using them again in the future.

We began with Jennifer who came to our house and took measurements.  She then worked closely with our contractor to verify any changes he made to the room during the demolition.  She took us to Don's showroom and helped me pick colors, wood and style that would fit me and my house.  She showed me many space saving and innovative options.  They then began the work of building the cabinets in their factory.  I picked out the granite in Denver and it was moved up to Longmont to Dons as well and they had that as they were building the cabinets.  When all was completed and cabinets were boxed up and sitting in my garage, only then did my contractor begin tearing out my kitchen. We were out of a kitchen for about 4 weeks.  This was a surprisingly painless remodel even though it was a kitchen.  All the cabinets fit perfectly and Dons crew came back out to install the countertop in a day.  I was very happy with all of it.

They did two projects for us.  First we had a granite countertop put in a double sink bathroom.  The job was excellent so we contacted them again when we wanted to replace all our kitchen counter tops and built in desk.  They built an island in our kitchen, replaced our old kitchen countertops and desk with quartz.  They also installed quartz on the new island.  It looks like a whole new kitchen.  They were on time, friendly, accurate estimates, great quality, honest, gave great attention to detail and all around just great people.  If I ever need anything else done I will definitely use them again.
