Custom Design Construction

I could not have been worse. They were late showing up. They made many appointments and didn't keep many of them without notice. They left the kitchen unusable for days at a time and not showing up as scheduled. They botched the job badly. The stain did not absorb into the cement and instead of acknowledging it they tried to get paid and disappear. I had to call the district attorney to get them to return to try to fix the floor. They promised to scrape up the failed stain and try a new one and without my permission they left the old stain on the floor and put down an epoxy cement to cover it up. The floor is now rough and cracked instead of smooth. Al has refused to finish the job so we had to initiate a claim in small claims court. Al has eluded process service. We are stuck with a disaster for a kitchen floor and he has our money
