Todd came out and did a full inspection on my equipment. He gave me a very detailed analysis on the current condition, expectations and provided a plethora of knowledge on the technology and options for new equipment. I definitely would recommend CT Heating for the quality, honesty and knowledge. I plan to use them in the future.

We had a great experience today with CT Heating and AC. We just bought a new home and wanted to make sure everything checked out with our HVAC system. Todd took extra time to make sure that we knew how to do the regular maintenance ourselves and explained the pros and cons of future decisions we might have to make. It was immensely helpful - he even taught us how to use our thermostat! We would not hesitate to call on Todd again for any repairs or service needs.

I couldn't be more happy with these guys! They have superb integrity. My furnace was not blowing heat into the house and I told them that a previous contractor had told me a year ago that the blower was on its last legs. They could have easily "replaced" this and charged me for it, but instead they diagnosed the problem as a plugged sensor, cleaned it, and the furnace started blowing just fine! All for only the price of a a service call.

Your should hire these guys!

Had a water heater leak on an old unit. I was calling a couple of different places, and Todd at CT was super-responsive. Gave me a call back later that day a bit after closing time! He was extremely helpful over the phone. Gave me different heater pricing options, talked about quality and warranty. Gave me a quote over the phone. He showed up the next day exactly when we scheduled! Got in, did the work, and was out in a couple of hours. I paid a little extra to get a higher quality heater (Bradford White). But in any case, his costs were still a couple hundred less than the other quotes I got. Great service! Love it!

Todd called to let me know he was running a little late which was just fine with me.  He put on his shoe covers and went right to work.  had everything working in about 20 minutes and answered all my questions.  When it was time to pay it was even less than what he had told me when I made the appointment.  I will call him again if I ever need help with heater or ac.  Great service and very nice man.

Todd and his son were easy to work with, punctual, friendly, and efficient.  They identified and repaired the plumbing issue promptly, repaired it quickly and with good quality, and charge a very fair price considering the distance they had to travel to my house.  Highly recommended!

It was great! Todd checked both the furnace and the outside AC unit and figured out why our ac unit was performing horribly.  Then he explained what we can do in the future to make sure it doesn't become inefficient.  Very easy to talk to, very good at explains how the system works. Didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need.

Tod at CT scheduled the appointment with our renters, showed up on time, kept the area clean and got the A/C back to cooling.

The owner Todd was actually slightly early for the appointment. He put on his shoe covers and went right to work. Took about half an hour to do both jobs and the cost was less than what was originally quoted to me over the phone.

They found that a part for the heat pump needed to be replaced, but the AC works with out it. They explained this and said unless we really need/want the heat pump they wouldn't replace it, saving us ~$250.

Todd was the only technician who pointed out that our pipes are soft soldered. Not one of the three other contractors noticed this and it would have caused huge problems in our finished basement. Thanks to Todd for giving us an option that was workable.

We played tag for a bit trying to pin down a time but when he was able to commit to a time, he was very punctual. He wore booties over his shoes to avoid tracking anything into the house and was very helpful and informative. He performed the service requested very completely and thoroughly. We would definitely call Todd again.

We contacted CT soon after learning that our leaking hot water heater was no longer under warranty. Todd quoted a reasonable price for the installation of a name brand water heater of the same capacity as the existing one the following morning. He and his assistant arrived on time, drained and removed the old water heater and installed the new one all within an hour and a half. He explained the operation of the new heater and offered to drop by if there were any problems. There haven't been any.

The actual service call went well, once he arrived. I had to forward the emails concerning the deal I purchased on Angie's List to the company twice and left two voice-mails. I had to go out of town, and the company finally called after I had left. The fix was relatively easy, thankfully, but then the provider stated he required a printout of the deal purchased online with Angie's List. Of course, it was in my email inbox -- and it was forwarded to the company twice, attempting to schedule the service call. So, my wife ended up having to pay the entire amount of the service call. So, we will not use this and quot;angie's list dealand quot; OR this company again.

It was an excellent experience working with Todd. He was fairly easy to get on the phone, was able to schedule the work the very next morning after I called him in the afternoon and his price was very reasonable. He showed up with his crew right at the scheduled time and got the replacement done very quickly. I would definitely hire him again for my next heating, A/C or plumbing need.

It went very well. They were prompt. Very professional and friendly. They had a promotion and I saved $101. Originally when I called the office they even tried to help me troubleshoot the problem. They diagnosed the problem very quickly and were done in less than 30 minutes. It was quite apparent that they were very knowledgeable and would be a great company to call for the toughest of problems or obviously any other problem. I will be replacing an older furnace in another house when my finances are improved. I will definitely be calling them.

We were very pleased with Todd Kramerand acirc;??s work for us this week. We had a problem with our water heater. He repaired the problem immediately and diagnosed the longer-term issue, which was right on. He was very prompt and responsive to our questions and concerns. We also had a large kitchen microwave that needed installing. When asked on the spot he said he could install it and quoted a very reasonable price. He had that tedious (and not easy) job done in no time and as I watched him and his colleague he performed liked a surgeon asking for instruments as he prepared the space for the microwave and the installation. Perfectly done, high quality installation. He graciously hauled off our old microwave to eco-cycle. We are pleased to finally have solved the longer term issue with our hot water heater which will save us in the future.We heartily recommend CT Heating and A/C Inc and will call again when needed. Todd is on time, friendly and professional. We could not be more pleased with both the quality and price.

I bought a big deal, and the guy came out and showed me that it was basically a switch that I had to switch, and it was literally 10 seconds work. He said he will come out and service my air conditioner in the spring because it was winter, and he said it was too cool. I tried to get a hold of him again, and there was no response. I feel they could have easily won me over, but they dropped the ball, and that left me disgruntled. I would have been happy with the price if they would have done the full service tune up on it.

It went very well. He was senstive to my physical needs. He arrived at my neighbors' at 8:00am and got to my place at noon. I just gave him the key to get into the crawl space.

His creativity allowed him to get the unit fixed without having to remove the old unit. He saved the old furnace by lengthening the old coils.

They are great.  They are reliable, honest, and easy to work with.
