Mary Anne arrived and we reviewed the tasks. She had a 2 hour minimum so we began work. She was unable to give me basic categories, but instead told me to go through all my papers and make my own organizational categories. I had to ask several times to get an example, and it was a customized one for the customer she was seeing after me. She was unable to get started on the project, and tried to charge me for the colored files she bought. I had my own and never asked her to bring any. She tried to overcharge me for a break and spent a significant amount of time chatting about personal issues and other irrelevant discussion. Finally, she tried to overcharge me for the total time. I had to insist I wouldn't pay the additional charge for our break and time chatting.
