Caroline's Clean Team

You can't reschedule if your cleaning day is on holiday; they don't have a flexible schedule. The team breaks things and doesn't tell you. The team only cleans surfaces; they won't move things to clean under or around them. They don't use soap and water to clean wood tables. They use dirty rags to clean windows. They don't shake rugs out just roll the up and place them back. The stop top grills are thrown into the kitchen sink, causing scratches in the sink...

The house sparkled afterwards like it hadn't in a very long time. Lots of elbow grease was applied.

I put up with the communication issues because my home is really, truly clean every time.

It was excellent.  We have used her for a year. 

Very efficient and my house looked amazing.

The first time they came, they did a very thorough job in about 2 hours.  Since then, they take a little over an hour and they do a great job.

THe cleaning went very well.  They were late, but cleaned my house so well I didn't mind that they were late- I will use them again

The "team" arrived, each equipped with needed tools and immediately set to work. The efficiency of having assigned tasks makes it really work. It is an application of efficent work principles to the household. They were nice to have in house and completed all designated taks in anticipated time. Should have done this sooner!

I would recommend meeting with Caroline to be sure no confusion on work to be done.   On a move out you would want to be clear on what stays or goes.   I had a few items I wanted redone and Caroline and crew came back and cleaned at no add'l charge. Caroline is very pleasant to deal with.

We really like them.  They do a great job.  They are very fast and very thorough.  They are very reasonably priced.  We will use their services again in the future.

They are always prompt. They are fast and clean every surface of my house. Caroline herself comes in the beginning and we go over how we want things done, and it's been great.
