 + -1 moreBrian did a high quality job for a very reasonable price. He communicated well, was very honest, and met our deadlines. Perhaps what we liked best was his thoughtful assistance with decisions regarding construction materials, costs, and other options to balance our desire to maximize quality on a limited budget. He has a quiet and thoughtful personality, and was a pleasure to work with.
Description of Work: Brian built our front porch, back deck, and master bedroom balcony. Although we served as our own general contractor, Brian, for a nominal fee, also provided guidance and helped us identify many of our subcontractors, all of whom did a good job.
