They said their services were guaranteed for at least 25 years, but the trim is already falling off the house, and when I called them most recently, they refused to come out here and fix it. I have to call and call to get a response. This will be the third time I've had them come out to do repairs. When the workers have come, they have even used my backyard as a bathroom! They were very disrespectful to my property. I would never recommend them!

Very pleased with the work and the look and feel of the new windows. Salesman was prompt in contacting us, not pushy. Workman worked neatly and efficiently over two days. The new windows make a huge difference in the comfortableness of our home, winter and summer.
