This guy is a repeat offender. For example, look at the review done by "William H." on Sep 18, 2022. Architectural Outfitters did the identical thing to me! I paid a deposit, but he never showed up, and week after week he provided a variety of less and less believable excuses including "COVID" which he also used just 4 months ago with another reviewer named William H. Other excuses included but were not limited to.... his car broke down, his sister couldn't drive him, the part didn't come in, he was sick again, weather was bad, he lives on a dirt road, etc. We had to hire someone else because this guy was a repeated no-show. We tried to negotiate with him to do anything else (because we thought we might never get our deposit back) on our large remodel, but he, again, never showed. Don't believe his excuses and don't give him a deposit until he STARTS the work! Otherwise, he will do the same thing you... not show up, take your deposit...
Description of Work: Stole our Deposit. Never showed to do the Epoxy Flooring.
