+ -1 moreBoth furnaces came from them. They installed the wrong heat exchanger on it. It took them a couple of years to figure that out. They did replace it at no charge, but I think they should have been able to figure that out. What happen was when they installed it, they picked up the wrong one. When you buy a furnace, they come in parts. The furnace systems all have different heat exchanges. I don’t think that they did a good job figuring out the right furnace. They didn’t actually test the house for pressure lost and stuff like that. Which you are supposed to do and they didn’t. I would never buy another furnace from them, because I don’t think they did a good job. It was recommended by Pouder Valley Recommendations. I just think that they didn’t know what they were doing. They always responded, but they didn’t fix the problem. I will use them for service, I won’t use them for a new furnace. The reason I use them for service is because they do remember the furnace and they remember the problems.
Description of Work: They installed two furnace units with heat exchangers, with heat pump and back up gas furnace, plus an air conditioning furnace.

+ -1 moreI think it was $125 and we have 2 furnaces, so it’s 2 times that. They charge by the furnace, so they have to do the same thing for each furnace.
Description of Work: I used American Air Heating & AC. They did a preventive maintenance, checked the furnce and changed the filters.
