From the first day, I was impressed with Matt's promptness and gung-ho work ethic. Two days of rain and a nasty hail storm did not prevent him from showing up on time, completing large portions of the job each day (more work than I expected given that he had to do his sawing and cutting outside in the weather), and completing it all with a smile and detail-oriented eye. He is an excellent communicator and helped me greatly by narrowing and explaining choices so I wasn't so overwhelmed. He also made sure I understood every step of his work process, the length of time, and the cost of materials and his labor. I wish ALL my subs were as professional and efficient as Matt is!
