Ben and his assistant were very nice and respectful! They did a great job and when they did not have the right plug in for me they ran to get one so they could finish the job that day! I would recommend them to anyone!!

First I would like to say Benjamin and his assistant were very friendly and provided a good service. I did provide the drivers they replaced in my home. I was charged $ 72.53 for removing and installing the drivers, I supplied. And $186.51 for min labor fee for service call less than two hours. One of which at no time was mentioned to me by their answering and scheduling staff. I asked them what the process would be, $186.51 min fee was not mentioned. I think that would have been great to know upfront.

"Kathy, apologies again as we discussed that this service call rate was not mentioned. We do however have one of the lowest two hour minimum service rates in the industry and while we may not be affordable to some we retain that our affordability is excellent when compared to our competitors. We hope that we can have the opportunity to serve you better in the future and our apologies about this miscommunication."
