Somebody just recommended them to me. I've been with them to a couple of years. I like these guys because they take an organic approach to things and I don't want any chemicals used in my yard. It's also important to me because I take care of animals in my yard. I think they're great.

The service is very good. I like everything they do. They are good at listening to my instructions. It was the boss who came to do the work. This is the second time I’ve hired 3D Tree Care. The first time I hired them they removed trees for me.

Doug and his assistant were professional, knowledgable and did a quality job. They did everything I asked them to do and more. They cleaned up after themselves. I will use them again when my tree needs them.

I was satisfied with the work done, however the communication left much to be desired. Messages didn't seem to get through, and there were instances where a quick phone call to let me know when they were coming back would have made me feel a whole lot better, but it never happened.
Also, after a big storm Doug responded to my call and came by to quote me a price on removing some fallen limbs and told me he would be back that afternoon to do the work. I guess he forgot because he never came back.
The service was acceptable but the communication was unprofessional.

"We completely understand this client's frustration with the lack of communication and offer our apologies. In October of 2011 Boulder County had one of the biggest snow storms in history which accounted for extreme tree damage. We were inundated with calls and unfortunately a few customers slipped through the cracks as we were focusing on trees that were in hazardous conditions. 3D Tree Care is constantly addressing ways to improve our customer service and we learned quite a bit during the storm of 2011. Thanks for your feedback."

The job went exactly as we had wanted. We discovered late yesterday that 2 Of the aspen about 10" in Dia. were encircled at the base. They were able to take the tree down with out any damage to the sprinklerline and leave a mimimum of a stump.

Doug with 3D Tree Care came out for an estimate. Unlike the other companies, I knew that Doug would actually do the work too. That was a big factor in my choice. He came out the next week to take out all the trees, and haul them away, and charged $125. At that time I decide to have him back to trim a tree. He was back the next week, and charged $75. I was very happy with his work.

Doug came to our house, on time, and looked at each tree. We were given an estimate and told him we would call again when we were ready to start the project. After calling a few weeks later they started on the trees a day earlier than anticipated and finished the job within two days on the lot. They chipped all the debris they created and even took limbs we had cut and chipped them, also. There were no hidden costs and we were charged exactly what the estimate had been. We are very happy with how they all look.
