24-7 was the first company to respond to flooding that happened overnight due to break in flex tubing under kitchen sink. By time we discovered flooding the water was over entire kitchen and also was through flooring and light fixtures/ceiling in basement and damage was done. 24-7 spent 8 days with drying equipment/dehumidifiers etc. in Kitchen area on hardwood floors drying them out. This was extremely successful as they got there right away and went right to work. Very responsive team. Liked all of the team that were involved. Adjusted pads and equipment and checked every day for level of moisture still in wood etc.
Basement did not take as long to dry out but involved MAJOR hauling and cutting away of ceiling, drywall, insulation, rug as well as drying with fans and dehumidifiers. Lots of work involved, they used the egress window to haul away tons of heavy wet insulation we had in our ceiling and in all our walls. They did not take it out through the house and if there was any mess they cleaned it up.
I cannot comment in depth on the pricing but because this was an emergency and disaster, I feel it was worth it to have a team that came out immediately (they were there by 9 am the morning I called). You don't really have time to "shop around" on pricing when you are in this situation and to get estimates when they arrive to help! I would highly recommend this company and all its employees. Very good at explaining what they were doing, showing me the measurements they were taking each day regarding moisture content in the wood. Because of the prompt response and thorough job we will only have to have the floors refinished, and I think ONE board replaced.

Your cabin was completely affected with mold and when we finished our services, it passed an independent mold test with flying colors and our invoice was covered 100% by your insurance. All work was done following our industry's standards (IICRC) and all our technicians were certified for the work they did at your property.Not sure what we could have done better, but we will review what we did at your job and look for ways to improve.
