After completing the in-store design process, I took home the plans, remeasured the spaces, and thought about the plan.  When I called in on Tuesday to confirm and order the parts and installation, I was amazed to be told the installation could happen on Saturday of the same week.  The installer, Jeff, called to confirm he could arrive earlier than scheduled.  He worked steadily and efficiently and had all the work done in about 3 hours.  The work he did removing existing hanger rods and shelves in the master bedroom closet was impressive.  His touch up work was perfect.  I am extremely pleased with the entire process, start to finish, and am most happy with the end result.

This was such a pleasant, effortless experience.  We went for an in-store consultation on a closet organization system. The designer designed the inside of the closet on computer as we told her what we wanted. Each organizational piece was available for viewing/touching/testing. After purchasing, an appointment was made for their installer to come to our home to install the system. He removed the old closet fixtures, repaired and painted the wall, and installed the new system.  Customer service was terrific throughout, the price was better than some of the companies we considered, and the installation was done within a week.  The result is an attractive, functional, high quality closet interior.  I am very pleased!
