Work quality was acceptable even though he had a few equipment problems. I'd use them again.

Two technicians came for the service which took about 4 hours.  They were very professional during the process.  At the end of the service there was almost no trace they had been there.  They locked all the basement windows, secured the window well gates, sealed everything up etc.  However in a basement closet, the floor under a ceiling vent was covered with debris they had cleaned - they had forgotten to clean that room.  Glass half full perspective was that I got to see the tremendous amount of junk they had freed from the ducting above.  And it only took about 45 seconds to vacuum it up myself.  They seemed a bit pricey but I would probably use them again.

They did a great job. We bought a house that was owned and lived in by a smoker for two years. They cleaned out all of our ducts and they must've done a good job because the smoke smell was significantly lessened. ALSO, the previous owner didn't have a vent for the dryer, so he was just shooting lint into the wall, which is a HUGE fire hazard. We didn't find this out until our new washer and dryer were delivered and the Home Depot guy told us...He said that we couldn't hook up our dryer until the wall was thoroughly cleaned out and we got new ducting put it. SO we told the duct cleaning guy about this and, not only did he clean out the WALL, but he came back a different day to hook-up our dryer for us (because he ran out of time the day of our duct cleaning appointment). AND, when he went to hook-up up our dryer using the ducting that came with our dryer (and a few extra duct pieces I had purchased at Home Depot), he said that the parts we had weren't good enough quality, and they wouldn't last very long. So he used top of the line parts that he had and hooked-up our dryer. Wow. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again!

We called because of a nasty smell coming from the vents. Andrew suggested there may be a dead animal. We agreed on time for service call; he called 10 minutes before arriving, as promised, got here on time and checked everything. He found two dead rabbits in crawl space and removed them, along with the maggots. Andrew also helped to clean and bleach the space which officially made this the nastiest service call in the history of his company! He did a remarkable job, I would definitely recommend him and use them in the future (if he ever agrees to come back!).

It was great.  I wanted to see what came out of the air ducts but he cleaned up everything before he could show me.  He said most drywall dust.  Everything is working fine.  I paid more to have more ducts cleaned.  We discussed the price and agreed upon the price before he performed the job.  The price was reasonable.

It’s a big deal purchase for heating and A/C.  Overall it was good.  I purchase that.  It was a special coupon for furnace check up and tune up for $50.  They came 3 months ago for the service.  I paid the $800.  They came in and just start doing a bunch of work and even I not even in the same page so there is a little disconnection.  They start reaping stuff apart and cleaned all my duct and got all the stuff and like dude what are you doing that’s a lot for $50 and he said isn’t this what you want so but overall it turned out fine.  I like everything about him.  He seems honest and he was prompt, clean and professional and everything was really good with it.  It was just the like I said doesn’t connect lack of communication on my end than his.  I would rather have him definitely.  He is good in what he is doing.

It went fine and it was pretty much what we expected.  There was nothing above and beyond and nothing that surprised us with.

The cleaners arrived on time and worked consistently to get the job done in a timely manner.  They were polite and professional, cleaning up as they went and keeping me informed of their progress. We discussed potential additional cleaning but they were honest and after a quick inspection told me I didn't require dryer vent cleaning due to the short length.  Great quality!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They were prompt and finished it when we agreed.

The work was done well, he was fast and efficient.  The only disappointment was that I didn’t receive any before or after pictures.

It turned out fine. I would recommend them to someone else. I actually did recommend them to the contractor who was redoing my kitchen. I didn’t have any issues since the service.

He also cleaned our furnace filters and replaced our humidifier filter. We were very impressed by the thoroughness of his work.

I had my house inspected for selling and the inspector noticed the furnace switch (the one that turns the furnace off when you open the front door) was not working.  Andrew replaced the faulty switch and then did a complete inspection of my furnace for the winter.  By the way, I only use Lucky Duct (Andrew) for any of my heating, air-conditioning, and duct cleaning work.  He did my ducts last summer and it made my air-conditioning soooo much better than before.  He's great!

I was initially concerned as I was not contacted by the date specified in my Angies list deal.  However, the end result of my service from Lucky Duct was so positive, it makes up for that one hiccup!  Andrew with Lucky Duct was on time, very professional, and he worked hard.  He inventoried the vents in our house and told me up front what the additional amount would be.  It was very reasonable.  He performed the work, and went over a couple of issues in our mechanical room that are not a crisis, but will need to be addressed in the future.  He also found one issue that was something we needed to address immediately, and he talked me through what we needed to do.  At no point did Andrew try to sell or push services or products.  24 hours later, I can tell the air we are breathing is cleaner, and I am absolutely delighted with the service and price of Lucky Duct.  I will contact them again for duct cleaning, and will strongly consider them as our supplier/installer when our 15 year old furnace needs replacement.

They arrived within their estimated time window, were pleasant to work with, and it appeared like they did a thorough job.

They were very knowledgeable and helpful with our air duct system.  They really took their time to do a great job and was very informative about furnace vents we should use and the state of our system.

I wasn't sure if I needed the ducts cleaned on a small condo that I own.  Right after the work was performed I was shocked to see how much dust was accumulated in the ducts.  Lucky duct was on time,  punctual, and professional.  The service tech also cleaned out the furnace which operated more efficiently immediately afterwards.  I would recommend both Lucky Duct and to have your ducts cleaned when you move into a new property.

Extremely professional.  I got what my wildest dreams would have expected and more.  It would be extremely foolish to use someone other than Lucky Duct to clean your HVAC system.
