"Thank you for your review,(member name removed). We feel it is a privilege to provide services and care for your kitties, and we greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts and opinions of us. We work very hard to take the necessary time to be thorough, including, addressing all questions and concerns that our clients have regarding their pet’s health and wellbeing. It is always our goal to provide the very best value for these services and we will try even harder for you the next time you visit us!"
The groomer did not state that she had attempted to soothe my dog at any time. She had an angry, impatient, and defensive demeanor with me. From these two observations, I strongly suspect that she was rough and impatient with my frightened Berner puppy, which would have contributed to his bad reaction. I don't have proof of that since I was not there while she was giving him the bath. However, I can state conclusively that I am very disappointed in the groomer's complete lack of professionalism towards me and apparent lack of sensitivity to my dog.
