We were able to have triple-paned windows installed for the same price quoted by Home Depot and Lowe's for double-paned (not for those seeking bargain basement windows or prices).  I was expecting the usual renovation disaster area situation for the entire week, but they were in and out in 2 days (33 windows and a slider).  They were extremely careful and there is only a small amount of touch up work necessary on the interior and exterior window surrounds.  Altogether, very pleased with the quality and professionalism.  Labor costs were very fair.

The installation was challenging because of the extensive wood framing surrounding the 1980's windows and we were concerned how well the new vinyl ones would look inside the existing wood.  After 4 days of careful work, and some minor trim repair, the new windows looked great and the old framing was preserved very well.  Very impressive compared to some other work I had seen at a friend's house with a similar installation to ours.  The outside trim work looked very nice as well.

Similarly, the old wood sliding door was a challenge to remove but the new one fit perfectly and looked much better. Much care was taken and the new door slides easily and seals out the drafts, and it makes the eating area look much nicer and updated.

Overall just one minor problem with the old curtains/blinds not going back on the way they were installed on just  one of the old windows.  The crew looked very carefully at this and it was due to the way the old blinds were mounted inside the old window frames.  This was unavoidable and some new curtain rods should solve the problem (which will be covered at no cost to us).  The window coverings were removed and re-installed by the crew very carefully, probably better than we could have done ourselves, at no extra charge amazingly.

The work areas were cleaned up very well and the whole experience went much better than we expected.  Work began promptly every morning and continued till darkness each day until the job was done.  Everyone was polite and professional and all of our questions and concerns were addressed whenever we asked. Many thanks to everyone involved in our project. We like our new windows and patio door quite alot and don't miss the cold drafts at all.

We were very pleased. They did a good job and they have a good product.

They were prompt and courteous. They did the job in a timely manner. I had no problems with them at the time the windows were done. They will come and fix problems at no extra cost. The windows that were installed are and heat mirror window and I like them a lot.
