Troy was very professional, on time, and never seemed burdened by my endless questions. He also took liberty to talk to my home builder about moving the radon pipe that they installed that was too close to the wall to install the fan in the attic. He went above and beyond talking to the Superintendent and eventually the construction manager to get this remedied. The fan was successfully installed, and the radon level came back very low. The technician, Chris, who eventually installed the active system was also very professional, quick, and did an excellent job of cleaning up. Troy even talked to the plumber about what parameters and dimensions he needed in order to install the fan prior to the installation. I'd recommend Apex to anyone, and I am not easy to please or impress and have never written a review on anything. Customer service is a lost art but is a really real thing...

Our radon rating was 13.1 pCi/L before we contacted Apex Radon. Troy and his team did a great job installing our mitigation system, completed it on time (took about 4 hours), and explained everything as they went (answering all of my annoying questions). After they were done, they set up the inspection required by our town, and gave us a post-install test kit to use. The work they did passed the town inspection with flying colors - inspector only needed 3 minutes to verify everything. The best part, however, was that when we got our post-install test results back, we had a radon level of 0.5. I feel safer in the basement now than outside. Good people, good work, good results (which is a rarity these days). Highly recommended.

I'm very happy with the radon abatement system that was installed in my home. Everyone at Apex Radon was very professional. They showed up when scheduled, performed the work quickly and expertly, and the radon monitoring device I had previously purchased showed a decline in radon gas from greater than 8 to less than 4. The price was reasonable, so I couldn't be more satisfied.
