Axel was very polite, he did the walk through to provide a quote timely. At installation day he arrived on time, worked diligently and focused on his task, then he walked me through the installation details and what needs to be done next. Because it was raining he was not able to do the painting part and will come back next week to finish. Payment is due at completion of all the work and they are honoring that. Overall I am happy with their response and work.

Apex installed a Radon mitigation system on my house about 5 years ago. I recently did a test of radon levels and found it above the recommended limits. I contacted Apex to troubleshoot what the cause was. They responded immediately, made arrangements to come out that same week. They found some minor leaks and sealed them up. They also found the vacuum pump to be making excessive noise so they replaced it under warranty. Followup testing proved the radon levels were again within spec. Very impressed with their professional abilitity to troupleshoot, make a suitable repair as well as honor the warranty period without pushback.

Speaking with the representative "Nick" was what sold me! My multiple questions were answered clearly and without judgement. There was personality and professionalism. I enjoyed speaking with folks that are on a script and appear to give you the time needed to process. Although I was not on hand for the actual work being peformed I believe it safe to provide a 5 rating for work quality

There wasnâ t a category for Radon mitigation and that is what they do. This is the second time Iâ ve used them an their work is great. Qualify work in a mountain location.

Office kept me informed when tech was sick and we had to reschedule. Tech called to let me know he was on his way. Area cleaned up and system explained. Some of the painting wasn't totally finished (around the back of the fan)...probably should have just left it undone vs half-way, but minor detail I suppose. Overall I like Apex and appreciate that they do an on-site estimate, as opposed to only doing online question/answer estimates.

Easy to setup, straightforward. The two guys that worked on the house were efficient and nice.

Overall, great experience. Took a little longer than expected, but due to no fault of their own. We had a bee infestation problem. Troy even got a bee suit to complete the work - something he had never done before!

Price was comparable to others actually $50 less. Office person was understanding and caring. Installation was started at scheduled time and completed sooner then expected. Brought in an additional installer to help complete the job.
