The installation provided special problems for Roger because of small & inaccessible access in the old ceiling.  The problems were tackled gracefully without drama;  No increase to the bid showed to us that this provider cared about his integrity and our satisfaction.  He willingly provided extra information about small problems we've had because of our old modular home and its questionable construction and maintenance.  There is no question that we would hire this company again.
