This was a very positive experience.  One of my coworkers referred me to Marty and he was very professional.  He had a two step plan, but the first step worked so we didn't have to have additional work done on the outside pipe.  Very reasonable estimate.  Marty called to confirm the appointment, was on time, very respectful and clean.  If we have future plumbing issues, Marty will be our first call.

Marty showed up on time and carefully reviewed what was needed to complete the job.  He completed work over two days with minimal drywalling needed after the fact. He did have to come back to repair a pipe that was known to be loose prior to the completion of the job. Unfortunately the pipe in question was critical for drainage with the new install and contributed to a leak when the system recharged. He came back and fixed it free of charge.

On time, within estimate, professional and respectful. I would definately recommend him again.

Marty was one of four plumbers I contacted through Angie's List. I went with him based on his low bid ($250 compared to the other $300- $450 bids, his availability and the good reports on Angie's List. He was very friendly. He got right to work. He explained how to use the tap he installed. He was very much a great choice.

Marty was upfront about his fees, and handled the problem promptly.

COMPANY CAME IN PROMPTLY AND REPLACED THE WATER HEATER. THE TIME WAS TAKEN TO DISCUSS OPTIONS AND PROS AND CONS OF DIFFERENT SIZES AND THE WARRANTIES THAT CAME WITH.

MARTY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS RIGHT ON TIME AND WORKED WITH ME TO KEEP EXPENSES TO A MINIMUM. HIS FINAL PRICE WAS RIGHT IN LINE WITH HIS ESTIMATE AND I HAVEN'T HAD ANY TROUBLE WITH THE FAUCET SINCE HE FIXED IT!
