Alan set up his equipment being cognisant of there only being 1 door to my condo. As a result I was able to get in and out with no difficulty what so ever. He moved my dryer as much as possible in an extremely small space, then proceeded to climb over it with his equiment in hand in order to clean out the dryer and wall vent all the way to the exterior opening. He explained every detail as he was performing each task in language I could understand. He was professional in his mannerisms and has a very friendly personality . And the best part was the video he made of my duct system. It was very scary to think that the amount of lint in my ducts could have caused a major fire.
