They are probably the best company that I have used. They were highly recommended. Basically, they have done all the repair and maintenance, emergency repair and maintenance, well even kind of turnover stuff on my rental properties. Their guys are always there when they say they are going to be. Their price is really really good, much better than calling somebody out of the phonebook. They do everything; they do electrical, plumbing, carpentry, heating or air conditioning, they do all that stuff. The last time I used them, they did a great job, it went so well that my tenant, who is in the house, called me when it was done and thanked me and told me what a fantastic job they did. Usually I get nothing but complaints from tenants, but that tenant called and said that we love that guy, he did a wonderful job and it looks great. They sent in a guy to do some fix-up on the kitchen cabinets basically. For me, as long as the tenant is happy I am happy. Regarding punctuality, they do a 2-hour window and I guess it is fairly reasonable.
