John did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. We have a dog and she has accidents all the time. John got our carpets back in good shape. He was very professional and thorough when asking me exactly where he should focus for odor issues. He got to my house, assessed the areas we discussed and called before he started his services to give me an exact price before starting the service. We discussed some other options and decided on exactly what would be done for the agreed amount. He let me know when he was finished with his services and emailed me a receipt with a follow up to see if we were happy with everything. He was very professional and friendly.  He came out and asked what specific spots we wanted taken care of.  I showed him where they were, and if he couldn't find the right formula to get the spots out, he continued to work on them until they came out.  He also cleaned all the baseboard, which I wasn't expecting, and it was very pleasant that he went beyond what he was asked  to do.  He gave us ideas on how to keep it clean, even with pets around, so that we might prevent a need for cleanings in the future.  In the end, he picked up after himself, and left the home as if he wasn't even here.  He was a very hard worker, took pride in his work, and wass there to satisfy.  He told me that he would make anything right if I wasn't pleased with something.  I was very satisfied with the experience I had.  I would recommend him to my family and friends.  He gave me a discount as well, and since my son referred him to us, my son received a referal check for the service he had had done.
