I have shopped for a loan for the last 2 years, but with the state of the economy the way it is I was very hesitant to venture out and buy my first home. I called Sarah over a year ago and we kept in touch every few months. In September I received a flyer from her about the first time home buyer rebate. Well to make a long story short I bought my first house on the 23st of October and I could not be happier. At closing I received a check back for my earnest money. I know a 100% loan is scary when you think about it, but I feel that keeping some money under my pillow so to speak is better for my piece of mind. Sarah was great, and I will recommend her to all my family and friends. Thanks

This is the second time I refinanced my house with Sarah Beezley. I knew what I wanted to accomplish, and I wanted to close fast since I had a trip coming up. Sarah Took the time to ask all the right questions them determined that I am better off waiting for a better rated since the rated took a turn for the worst the week I contacted her. She contacted me after five days and told me that the rates were much better and recommended that we lock right away. I couldn't be happier.

The mortgage broker is phenomenal and explains all my options. She is professional, responsive and the quality of her service is very good.
