In the past he has been fairly responsive when I called and came in a timely manner. I called in October of 2010 for a furnace and a/c check. Never heard from him. Called spring of 2011 several times. For two months tried to connect for an appointment. No answer until my husband called him. He keeps putting off setting an appointment. Have decided to use a contractor who will actually make an appointment and show up.

"Responced to customer request for service, but when i arrived, they were not home. (Several times) When contacted, they said they had an emergancy, but never let me know. Responsiveness is a two way street."

Bob is the owner. He does cleaning, tune ups, evaluation. His specialty is furnaces. He is reliable, dependable and a fair price.
