Pete is one of the most pleasant guys around and is always on time. He is very knowledgeable in his field and he answers my endless questions with great patience - and enthusiasm. Since he started spraying my ants are gone (initial reason for call) and I only get occasional earwigs and spiders rather than an infestation. My cat has never had any negative reaction to what Pete uses.
