The Lane Team are especially wonderful Realtors. We had such a smooth and easy transaction. The Team has a very specific plan when it comes to selling your house. They put it on the market, held an open house and we received over 10 offers above list price. While Denver is a hot market, it doesn't matter because they did everything they said they would do and much more. Our house was under contract within 36 hours.
