They did a good job and I was completely satisfied. The owner, Ken Fuhr, loves clocks and seems very knowledgeable. They also sell clocks, mostly grandfather and cuckoo clocks, and a few other unusual clocks. I brought the clock in since in the live in the area, but you can also ship the clock to him - call for details.

I spent a little over $100. He called it a wall clock but I called it a grandmother's clock because of the paper work that came with it. But, it was not that big as it is a _____ driven clock. He explained but first he had to look at the clock to see as to what was wrong with it as it was not working. He said that it needed to be cleaned and one of its parts needed to be replaced. He then told me to have it cleaned once in a couple of years to keep it going.

Ken explained up front the service he would provide, and gave me an estimate of cost and time. When I picked up the clock he took the time to answer all of my questions, and walked me through what he had done. I found him extremely helpful. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Ken Furh"s work was successful and he explained what was wrong with the clock, what he did to fix it and how to care for it in the furure. I will go back to him for maintainance work on the clock and would recommend him to others. It took about 3 weeks to get the clock back after I dropped it off, but the time frame was reasonable and he called with an estimate as soon as he looked at the clock.

The clock quit running (after some 17 years.) I took it for repair on Thursday September 3. The store owner called with a repair estimate on Tuesday September 8. He called back on Thursday September 10 to say the clock was ready for pickup. It runs better now than it did before failure.

Kenneth was very helpful. He not only repaired my clock, but he educated me on how to take care of it and what to watch out for. He doesn't take credit cards and I didn't know that before I drove 45 minutes across town to pick up the clock. He let me take the clock anyway and trusted me to mail him a check. I will definitely return to him.

NICE PEOPLE - QUICK SERVICE. PRICED $42 LESS THAN OTHER QUOTE I GOT. DIDN'T TAKE MUCH LONGER THAN ESTIMATED REPAIR TIME. CALLED ME TO SAY IT WAS DONE AND STAYED LATE FOR US TO PICK UP.

THE WORK THEY PERFORMED WAS VERY NICE. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE, COMPARED WITH OTHER ESTIMATES. THE CLOCK WAS READY VERY QUICKLY AFTER WE DROPPED IT OFF FOR SERVICE.

THIS CLOCK HAS BEEN IN THE FAMILY FOR YEARS AND IS WORTH A LOT TO US. THEY DID THE REPAIRS AND RECONDITIONED THE CLOCK SO IT LOOKS LIKE NEW. IT HAS YET TO MISS A BEAT AND WORKS VERY WELL.
