The Cleaning Authority - Denver South

A few things missed on first two visits, better on third visit. Not as thorough as I am on some things, such as dusting and vacuuming, but more thorough on others. I like their system of targeting certain areas for more in-depth cleaning on a rotation basis, but I only have monthly cleaning so am still waiting to see how thing s work out over time.

They were reliable and did a good job.  I wouldn't call the quality of the work stellar, but it was good enough that we didn't have to clean ourselves.  If they were running late on cleaning day, one or two extra crews would show up to help the primary crew get done in a reasonable amount of time.  Most all of the cleaning personnel spoke english, although there were a few whom I wasn't 100% sure were understanding everything I said.  They tried to be as unobtrusive as possible if I was home while they were working.   
The owners seem to genuinely care that their people do a good job, and they were always glad to come out and re-do something if we felt it was missed or not done well.  
We have gone 9 months without a cleaning service, and we are looking to get house cleaners again, and we are giving The Cleaning Authority a chance to give us a quote again.

We were very happy with the Cleaning Authority for the first 5+ years.  The people we initiallly worked with sold the franchise.  After that, the level of service fluctuated quite a bit.  Some days, everything was thoroughly cleaned quickly.  Other days the people arrived late and took longer and argued among themselves over who had to do what.  We found ourselves spending more time moving things (like window shade cords & modem cables) out of the way before they arrived so that they wouldn't be run over with the vacuum.  We decided to try out other options and found a better fit.

I have a pretty large house and they did an excellent job. There were two girls and they were good. They send out somebody from the company to inspect if they had done well. They did a thorough job and were always on time. They were earlier care taking my mom and dad.

Every other clean they do a deep clean on certain sections of your house.

We have used them for a couple of years and they do a good job.  They come out every two weeks.  They are very personable and they go above and beyond the bare minimum to provide service.

MR. VINYARD (OWNER) CAME TO MY HOUSE TO PRESENT A PACKAGE CLEANING FOR MY HOUSE. HE WAS ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL AND PRICES SEEMED REASONABLE BASED ON WHAT HE WAS OFFERING.
