I work at sky ridge medical center, as I was leaving work I got hit. The snowplow driver hit me driving on the wrong side of the road. The company reached out to me saying they were sorry and would train the new driver. The parent company reached out to me as well saying they were sorry and would assist me in any way possible. However, when the claim was filed they lied and said it was not their fault. I got stuck paying my deductible even though I was hit by the driver who was watching the road and therefore did not see me, driving on the wrong side of the road. Deceitful company!

My initial impression about them is good.  Everything went very well.  They were prompt.  They had excellent equipment.  They were thorough and they did a free repair on the drip line.
