The experience has been very good. I like that I don't have to shovel. The price is very fair.

My sister recently had her home windows cleaned by T&S Services and was extremely pleased.  Needing the service myself, I called Steve (the "S" in T&S) to arrange a time for him to come give us an estimate.  He answered his phone promptly and was able to squeeze us into his schedule for the estimate the following day.  We live in a rural area, not necessarily on his main route and I appreciated him getting to us so quickly.  He arrived the next day at the time specified (rare these days), quickly and efficiently evaluated both the interior and exterior of the house and provided me with a extremely reasonable quote and offered a couple of extra cleaning options for a (very small) charge.  We opted to have him clean the glass on our gas fireplace as well as all the windows on the house (even/especially the ones that are waaaaay up there).  We set up a time for him to come do the work, for which he again arrived promptly after calling to let me know he was on his way.  He was extremely respectful of the fact that both my husband and I have home offices and kept all noise to a bare minimum.  He hand washed every window, inside and out, vacuumed and wiped out the window sills and cleaned all of the screens.  He took apart the front of the fireplace to get the glass out, cleaned 5 years worth of soot and gunk off of it, (I know, I should be embarrassed to admit this) popped it all back into place and finished all work in the time specified.  My windows are perfection!  The work done by this company is top-notch - and by the way, he'll also clean your up-high ceiling fans if you want him to (he's got the big ladders needed).  The last thing I'd like to add is how impressed both my husband and I were with Steve.  Obviously, when you pay for a service, you expect a great result (especially from a Angie's List company).  We definitely got a great result on the window cleaning, but I don't think I've met a nicer, more professional, all around "good guy" service provider in a long time.  Steve was wonderful and we plan to continue doing business with him on a regular basis.  We're also going to spread the word - and we all know how powerful "word of mouth" is.

Steve was on time for the estimate and for the work.  He did a great job...my windows look beautiful.  Didn't realize the mountains could look so clear!  He was thorough, efficient and very personable.  Cost was a little more than I expected, but for the great work and professionalism, it was worth it.
