Sustainable Improvements

I had a friend that got his roof done by Metro Construction and I just went with them since he was happy. There was no serious delay. They came in and got the whole roof done in one day. I don?t have any complaints about them and everything has been fine so far. I still owe them money even though I had a $1000 deductible. I guess I would have liked it if it would have cost me less. It would have been nice if the cost was zero, but I don?t know if it?s realistic. I am not sure what the other companies would have charged. The whole job cost me over $7000 and my out-of-pocket expense was around $1500. I didn?t have any problems with them. I think that the price was a bit high. I really can?t judge their quality since it still has to settle in. Moreover, it will actually take a few months to settle in because it?s the cold time of the year. The roofer said that it wouldn?t sit down until March. My friend?s roof looks pretty good. I am hoping that mine will turn out that way too. Their responsiveness was good. I had to leave before they came. I was gone for a while and they had all the old stuff off when I came back home. It was also looking like they were doing really good. It?s supposed to be a 30 year roof. I would probably use their services in the future too.
